Madina’s construction capabilities extend beyond conventional residential builds, supported by General (Medium Rise) Building Practitioner registration. This supports the delivery of more complex developments, including eligible multi-storey buildings generally up to three storeys, with the technical expertise, coordination and regulatory compliance required for projects of this scale.
